Heber City Vacation Packages

The room was what I expected for the price being so low in the middle of slc. The shower was partly broken as half the water came out the faucet instead of the shower part. I did however sleep well in the bed, and I covered up the city noises with a box fan noise on my phone. My heat/cooling unit smelled pretty bad when turned on, but the room wasn’t that cold so it was fine. No extra blankets, but plenty of pillows for two people. Coffee maker was in the bathroom. Light switches for my main room didn’t seem to be connected to anything, as I had to turn on the lamps to see anything. Several hangers—but the pants hanger was broken when I got there. Front desk staff were friendly and kind, and I didn’t have any issues with parking. I would recommend this place if you aren’t a clean freak, are okay with unsecured parking, city noise, and without a bunch of insulation. I would stay here again in a pinch.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Amazing stay, will definitely come back!

This was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at. The gym equipment was standard to Equinox. The toiletry amenities was excellent.

Well, we stayed in the presidential suite which was large but very basic for $600/ night room. then we ordered room service through the in-house restaurant which was a high-end steakhouse and ended up paying 300 more dollars for a meal for two. That price didn’t even any drinks. Honestly, the food was subpar, especially for that kind of money. No breakfast included, no extra attention for booking the Presidential suite, not even basic service. I couldn’t reach the front desk upon calling the next morning to ask for a late check out and once I finally did get a call back they told me we needed to be out immediately, before noon. Seriously, told to get our stuff and go ASAP like we did something wrong. Come on Hilton, show some class! I was embarrassed for you
